2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of content you post (posts, articles, comments, messages). This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account (subject to reasonable technical delays).

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

MainDeck offers paid subscription plans (Premium, Business, Business Pro) with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You will be charged at the start of each renewal period unless you cancel before it begins.
  • Payment processor. All payments are processed by Mollie B.V., a payment service provider incorporated in the Netherlands. Your payment details are handled directly by Mollie and are not stored on our servers.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period expires. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • Price changes. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. For personal plans (Premium), we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price change takes effect. For business plans (Business, Business Pro), we will provide at least 60 days’ notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to periods already paid for. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing period begins. Your current subscription will remain active at the existing rate until the end of your paid period.
  • Free trial. There is currently no free trial period for paid plans.
  • Refund policy. In accordance with EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided you have not used any premium features during that period. To request a refund, contact us. Subsequent renewal payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. When updated Terms become effective, you will be asked to review and explicitly accept them before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may delete your account. Each version is numbered and dated at the top of this page, and your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp.
