Why MainDeck exists
In 2026, we looked at LinkedIn and saw a professional network that had lost its way. A feed designed to maximise engagement, not value. An algorithm that rewards performance over substance. Profiles mined for data that gets sold to advertisers and recruiters without meaningful consent. And an infrastructure subject to the US CLOUD Act, meaning any government request can access European professionals' data regardless of where it's stored.
We asked a simple question: what if a professional network actually worked for the professionals on it?
MainDeck is our answer. Built entirely on European infrastructure, hosted on EU soil, with no US-incorporated services anywhere in the stack. Not because we're anti-American, but because European professionals deserve a platform where GDPR isn't a checkbox but a foundational design principle.
Here, your feed is yours. Chronological by default, no algorithmic manipulation, no boosted content disguised as organic posts. Your endorsements mean something because they require a written reason. Your data stays yours because we don't sell it, don't mine it, and give you a real delete button that actually deletes.
